Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Frog Feast ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Frog Feast for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Game Content

All content in Frog Feast, including but not limited to graphics, animations, themes, sounds, and game mechanics, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

4. User Account and Display Name

• You can choose a display name for the leaderboard
• Display names are shown with a unique tag (e.g., "Player#1234")
• You are responsible for your chosen display name
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate display names
• No account creation or login is required

5. Leaderboard

• The global leaderboard displays high scores from all players
• Scores are stored using Supabase backend
• We reserve the right to remove suspicious or fraudulent scores
• Leaderboard data is public and visible to all players

6. In-Game Currency

• Coins are the in-game currency earned through gameplay or watching ads
• Coins have no real-world value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for real money
• We reserve the right to modify coin earning rates

7. Advertisements

• The Game displays advertisements via Google AdMob
• Interstitial ads may appear after gameplay
• Rewarded ads can be watched voluntarily for in-game rewards
• Ad frequency and content are subject to change

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Modify, hack, or reverse-engineer the Game
• ❌ Use cheats, exploits, or automation tools
• ❌ Attempt to access the Game's source code
• ❌ Redistribute or sell the Game
• ❌ Use offensive or inappropriate display names
• ❌ Manipulate scores or leaderboard data

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Update the Game with new features
• Modify game mechanics
• Add or remove content (themes, skins, etc.)
• Change ad frequency or types
• Discontinue the Game with notice

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Frog Feast is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free gameplay
• Compatibility with all devices
• Preservation of game data or leaderboard scores
• Availability of the leaderboard service

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of game progress or data
• Loss of leaderboard scores
• Device damage
• Any indirect or consequential damages

12. Age Restriction

Frog Feast is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it at: Privacy Policy

14. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services:

• Supabase - Database for leaderboard (Privacy Policy)
• Google AdMob - Advertising (Privacy Policy)
